Use client's 2.4mm round diamond and 4.5mm round Old European cut diamond to create a bezel set, 2 stone pendant with the 2.4mm diamond on top. Supply 14k w/g bail for top of pendant. The total carat weight is .38 carats. (2.4mm = .05 carats, 4.5mm = .33 carats)
