One, custom, 10k white gold diamond and gemstone disc necklace.

The disc is 17 mm in diameter and 2.75mm thick.

The disc has 8 stones flush set on the front and a script "always n forever" on the back.

The stones are as follows:
3- 1.5mm round brilliant cut diamonds in GH color and SI1-2 clarity weighing approximately .026 carats.
2- 1.8 mm round brilliant cut diamonds in GH color and SI1-2 clarity weighing approximately .05 carats.
1- 3.55mm round aquamarine (customer's stone) weighing approximately .16 carats.
1- 3mm round brilliant cut diamonds in GH color and SI1-2 clarity weighing approximately .10 carats.
1- 3mm round faceted genuine Swiss blue topaz in AA quality weighing approximately .14 carats.

The disc is stationed in a 10k white gold, 1.8mm wide diamond cut cable chain with a lobster clasp. The total length of the necklace is 20".
